Stir-fried broccoli with shrimps

1. 1 1/2 cup of chopped broccoli
2. 1/2 cup of sliced carrots
3. 10 – 12 shrimps – peeled and deveined
4. 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
5. 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
6. 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
7. 2 teaspoons of sugar
8. 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
9. 2 tablespoons of fresh water
10. 2 teaspoon of ground black pepper

1. Put cooking oil in frying pan on high heat.
2. Add in minced garlic, stir until lightly gold.
3. Add in shrimps, stir gradually, until half-cooked.
4. Add in broccoli and carrots, stir to combine well.
5. Add sugar, fish sauce and oyster sauce, stir well, taste to your flavor.
6. Add a bit of fresh water and stir.
7. Turn off heat, transfer to serving plate, and sprinkle ground black pepper on top.
8. Serve with freshly cooked Thai jastmine rice.
