Curry chicken fried rice

1. 2 cups of cooked jasmine Thai rice
2. 1/2 cup of sliced chicken breast
3. 1/4 cup of onion – cut into small cubes
4. 3 tablespoons of green peas
5. 1/4 cup of carrots – cut into small cubes
6. 1/4 cup of red bellpepper – cut into small cubes
7. 3 tablespoons of raisins
8. 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
9. 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
10. 1 tablespoon of curcuma powder
11. 2 tablespoons of curry powder
12. 1 teaspoon of grounded white pepper
13. 1 tablespoon of sugar
14. 2 tablespoons of seasoning sauce (Maggi sauce)
15. 2 tablespoons of thin soy sauce

1. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add in minced garlic and stir until it turns lightly gold.
3. Add in chicken and carrots, stir until the meat is cooked.
4. Add curcuma powder and curry powder, stir well.
5. Add sugar, soy sauce, seasoning sauce, and ground white pepper, stir well to combine the flavors.
6. Add cooked rice into the pan, over high heat, and stir continuously to mix altogether well.
7. Remove pan from heat and scoop the delicious fried-rice into a serving plate.
8. Serve and enjoy!
